We are in search of a proactive and visionary team player to join our financial division and lead the charge in innovation. This role supports the Naval Systems Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05) within the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

Currently, ManTech is seeking a dedicated, career-oriented Lead Systems Architect to become part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a specialist on intricate technical and business issues.
  • Design and plan the systems infrastructure of the organization, including the implementation and architecture of hardware and software.
  • Analyze, develop, modify, test, and maintain the systems.
  • Ensure systems verification and validation, meeting both internal and external standards.
  • Diagnose issues and recommend enhancements for existing and new systems.
  • May take on a leadership role for collaborative working groups.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Over ten (10+) years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with the U.S. Navy, whether through active duty, government civilian roles, or as a support contractor.

  • Experience collaborating with U.S. Navy Program Managers in an analytical capacity.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top-Secret clearance prior to starting this role.
Physical Requirements:
  • The individual in this position must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and occasionally move around the office to access files, office equipment, or to communicate with colleagues and management, which may involve delivering presentations.
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $102,700-$170,800. Various factors can influence the final salary/hourly rate, including Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills, and competencies aligned with the specified role, geographic location (for remote opportunities), education, and certifications, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Additionally, ManTech invests in its employees beyond just salary. Benefits may include, depending on the position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Retirement and Savings plans, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs, and other optional benefits.

For positions requiring access to technology/software source code subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent upon verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining necessary licenses. Applicants will need to answer specific questions for export control purposes, and this information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure adherence to federal law. ManTech may opt not to apply for a license for individuals whose access to export-controlled technology or software may require authorization and may decline to proceed with an applicant on that basis alone.
