Job Description

LinTech Global is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead the development of our Business Solutions Development (BSD) team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide information systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design and Architecture: Develop and implement system architectures that meet the requirements of our clients, ensuring compatibility with industry standards and best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to our team of engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions, using your expertise in data science and analytics to drive business value and ROI.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with company goals.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, ensuring that our team stays up-to-date with the latest developments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in systems engineering, technical leadership, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills in areas such as complex networks, cloud technologies, cross-platform integration, and large-scale systems design and implementation.
