Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Fairview Health Services. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with utmost courtesy and urgency, opening doors and providing assistance where appropriate and possible.
  • Service Requests: Assure prompt and positive action on all service opportunities, including requests, complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions. Attempt to resolve them and/or elevate to the appropriate staff member per policy. Follow-up with clients to assure successful completion.
  • Communication: Answer the telephone using professional telephone etiquette, taking accurate messages and ensuring their delivery. Clearly communicate issues and outcomes to the building manager, supervisor, and following shift.
  • Environment: Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby/common space and entry area for residents and visitors.
  • Requirements: No previous experience required, but preference given to work experience in a customer service setting. Excellent customer service skills, proficiency, teamwork, and positive demeanor required. Organization skills and orientation to accuracy and detail. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: A robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $15.57 to $20 per hour.
  • Part-Time Schedule: A part-time schedule with 16 hours every two weeks, including every other weekend.
  • Benefits: Partial benefit eligibility, including paid personal time and cash out wages before payday with our new benefit of early wage access.
