As an integral part of our dynamic team, the Administrative Coordinator will deliver essential support to the PYA Tax Division. The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess excellent communication skills. This role encompasses a variety of administrative and support functions tailored to the Tax team, including client interactions and assistance to our tax leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the PYA Tax Division
  • Facilitate executive support through effective calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of client meetings via various platforms, along with travel arrangements
  • Uphold confidentiality while ensuring executives remain organized and focused
  • Prepare and refine diverse client deliverables, such as reports, project outlines, and proposal letters, conducting research as necessary
  • Engage with clients to obtain further information or necessary documentation
  • Record time, expenses, and other reporting metrics utilizing Salesforce
  • Support general office functions and provide backup to fellow Administrative Assistants as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional services environment preferred
  • Experience in tax-related functions is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to take initiative, exercise judgment, and assume responsibility for support tasks
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with capabilities in drafting and editing documents and communications
  • Exemplary professionalism, characterized by a positive demeanor and outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate tact, courtesy, and discretion in interactions at all levels, both internally and externally

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Full-time role
  • Standard office hours are Monday through Friday
  • Overtime may be required
