Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers, providing a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory management.
  • Store Operations: Support the Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory management, and maintaining proper associate coverage in service areas.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and associates, providing progress updates and addressing priorities.
  • Training and Development: Partner with management to identify associate training needs and provide recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
