Work Schedule Details:

Our Housekeeping Department operates every day of the week. Public Space Attendants will have shifts that typically range from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping designated areas on a daily basis.
  • Dusting furniture and fixtures while removing trash and debris throughout the shift in assigned locations.
  • Cleaning and maintaining public and team member restrooms to the company's cleanliness standards.
  • Utilizing designated cleaning agents, supplies, and equipment to maintain surfaces and floors.
  • Reporting damages and maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Completing all mandatory company training and compliance courses as required.
  • Adhering to company policies and maintaining compliance with all procedures.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
  • Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions, along with knowledge of accurate business English and office practices.
  • Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to maintain professional relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Initiative and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to recognize emergencies and respond appropriately.
  • Capacity to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships.
  • Good judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to perform various physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, crouching, reaching, and bending, often switching between tasks within established timeframes.
  • Consistent demonstration of integrity when interacting with team members, management, owners, and guests.

To thrive in this position, you should ideally have:
  • 1-3 months of experience in housekeeping or a related cleaning field.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or timeshare sector.
