Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, owners, and members, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Check in and check out guests, make room reservations, verify information, and follow through on requests and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Ensure all pending arrival information is accurate, provide proper standards of hospitality, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Financial Transactions: Compute billing charges, collect payments, provide change, and post charges as received from other departments.
  • Communication: Answer the telephone with proper etiquette, transfer calls, and communicate with internal departments, including PBX, housekeeping, engineering, and security.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete checklists, special projects, stocking, list items to be ordered, daily bucket checks, and reconcile end of the day shift report.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • Schedule: Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Language: Proficient in the English language to communicate verbally and in writing with guests, owners, and co-workers.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a hotel/hospitality environment.
