Position Overview:

The Construction Financial Analyst will oversee the financial and accounting functions related to Vuori's development initiatives. This role involves collaborating with design and construction teams to monitor project expenditures, process invoices, and manage the financial closeout process for tenant allowances. Additionally, the analyst will be tasked with creating and maintaining financial tracking tools to aid in strategic decision-making regarding future capital investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the development team with financial inquiries and support job cost creation and reconciliation.
  • Conduct monthly evaluations of job cost reports and project financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with budgetary guidelines; implement corrections as instructed by project managers.
  • Oversee all financial elements of project close-out concerning tenant allowance collection.
  • Review contractor and vendor billing alongside project managers for precision.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records for all projects throughout their duration.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental reporting and special projects in collaboration with the finance and accounting teams.
  • Generate final budget reports upon project completion.
  • Undertake additional tasks as requested by the accounting and finance departments to support future retail strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with AIA formatted requisition billing.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and ownership of responsibilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
