POSITION SUMMARY:
The Outbound Shipping Operations Specialist will oversee the outbound logistics processes for Fives Intralogistics Corp, serving as the key contact for Import & Export Compliance. This position acts as a vital connector among Assembly, Project Management, Services, and Supply Chain departments. The Specialist will be tasked with the creation of Outbound Delivery documentation and the coordination of outbound transportation logistics.
Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely transactions within SAP, managing Outbound Delivery staging, and posting of goods. This role requires effective communication with various internal teams to address and resolve any issues that may arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure compliance with Import & Export regulations. 2. Generate Outbound Delivery Notes and upload them into SAP. 3. Coordinate Outbound Transportation (including LTL and Full Truck). 4. Post Goods and related documentation in SAP. 5. Prepare Export Documentation (including Commercial Invoices and Certificates of Origin). 6. Manage Packaging and Crating processes. 7. Provide Packaging & Dunnage Instructions along with transportation requirements. 8. Oversee Inbound & Outbound Brokerage (customs clearance). 9. Liaise with Project Managers and Site Managers. 10. Maintain the outbound shipment schedule. 11. Document outbound shipments to safeguard against claims. 12. Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and associated costs. 13. Provide Transportation Cost estimates for Sales purposes. 14. Utilize SAP for scheduling and capacity planning of outbound deliveries. 15. Prepare shipping documents following established procedures. 16. Ensure adherence to internal control procedures. 17. Promote Fives Intralogistics Corp. Core Values and engage in process improvement initiatives. 18.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required: * A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a production or related warehouse/inventory/planning role. * Proficiency with major MRP software such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards is preferred.
* Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote). * Ability to read and interpret safety rules, technical drawings, and procedural manuals.
* Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. * Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. * Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations. * Competent in problem-solving, data collection, and analysis.* Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and manage multiple variables.
