POSITION DETAILS:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Specialist for a community in the local area. This role is Full-Time | Temporary | Hourly | Eligible for Full Benefits.

Compensation for this position ranges from: $23 to $25 per hour

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:

  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance.
  • You possess a solid understanding and capability to perform professional maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, HVAC, and general construction.
  • You are skilled in using basic tools such as paint brushes, rollers, ladders, and power tools like drills and saws.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are passionate about providing assistance to others.
  • You are adaptable with your schedule and can participate in an on-call rotation.
  • You hold a valid driver's license and have proof of automobile liability insurance.
  • You are capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
