Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Community Managers in crafting and executing strategic initiatives for community associations.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers to prepare and present reports, budgets, and financial documentation.
  • Maintain precise records and ensure adherence to governing documents, laws, and regulations.
  • Oversee vendor agreements and guarantee timely fulfillment of work orders.
  • Support the organization of community events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Address homeowners' inquiries promptly and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Conduct regular property evaluations and identify potential issues.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven customer service experience or a similar role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Capability to maintain extended periods of sitting and standing throughout the workday.
  • Engagement in verbal communication with clients, guests, supervisors, associates, and vendors.
  • Proficient communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions to effectively address business-related matters.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay range: $18-$20, based on experience.
