Property Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Property Maintenance Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our diverse portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restroom sanitation.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables promptly and efficiently.
  • Clean exterior surfaces, including windows, windowsills, and doors, to enhance the property's appearance.
  • Identify and address minor maintenance issues, reporting any significant concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and order.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.
