Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NESCO Inc. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients or visitors as needed.
- Performing general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintaining and organizing files, documents, and records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Collaborating with other departments to support various projects and initiatives.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks as needed.
