Administrative Support Specialist

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at NESCO Inc on a temp to hire basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients or visitors as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to support various projects and initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
