Job Title: Marriott Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marriott Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Hotel Task Force. As a Marriott Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for registering guests, assigning rooms, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.

Responsibilities:
  • Register and assign guests to hotel rooms
  • Establish method of payment and verify credit
  • Make and confirm reservations
  • Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
  • Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or FS PMS system
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
  • Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary
Requirements:
  • 2 Years Marriott and Marriott FS PMS experience
  • Must have Front Desk Agent experience
  • Full Service Marriott experience
  • Must know Marriott FSPMS / Marsha
  • 2 Years Night Audit experience
  • Marriott experience
