Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the UNC Charlotte Marriott. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of hospitality.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest accounts and hotel transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
