Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Front Desk Specialist to join our team at Herman and Associates Children's Therapy. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients and visitors, respond to phone calls and messages, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Patient Management: Check in and check out patients, book appointments, verify insurance, and register patients in our electronic medical record system.
- Administrative Tasks: Collect identification and insurance cards, copy or scan documents, collect co-pays and outstanding balances, and have patients sign financial agreements and other necessary documents.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and staff members, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required, and excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, parents, and staff members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
