Job Title: Camp Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Camp Office Manager at the YMCA of Greater Springfield Inc. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Camp programs, ensuring the smooth operation of our summer camp programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Camp programs
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage correspondence
- Prepare mailings, filing, copying, and mail distribution
- Perform data entry for all registrations into the Camp registration system
- Print reports and perform other duties as assigned by the Director
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4 years' experience in programming and camp administration
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to make sound judgment calls in a fast-paced environment
