A Master's Degree in a related field is highly preferred, and you will have a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a related field, such as Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or Psychology.
Demonstrated success in collaboration efforts in partnership with internal programs and external community entities is essential, as well as experience with collecting and organizing data from various sources to inform client care and service delivery.
A working knowledge of the principles of general management and fiscal management is required, specifically.
