Front Desk Coordinator

As a key member of the United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) team, the Front Desk Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, customers, and partners. This role is responsible for providing exceptional front desk duties and administrative support to company staff and departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, customers, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing administrative support, including processing expense reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Managing on-site operations, including maintenance and supply ordering.
- Assisting with company events, including vendor search, budgeting, and logistics.
- Tracking and maintaining office and break room supplies.
- Receiving and distributing communications, mail, and deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt, and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal, email, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a self-starter mindset.
