Graphic World, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Editorial Intern to join our team. As an Editorial Intern, you will provide support services to our editorial team, gain knowledge about editorial and publishing practices, and attain vital publishing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Format files for in-house staff or freelancers using project specifications and macros.
  • Ensure content conformity to publisher templates and style guide.
  • Evaluate proofread and copyedited materials for quality.
  • Cooperate with staff to analyze and organize materials on new projects.
  • Perform quality reviews of journal and textbook content.
Requirements:
  • GPA 3.0 and above in any discipline, with a focus on critical thinking.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Strong grammar skills and attention to detail.
