Job Title: Audience Relationship Strategist Job Summary: The Audience Relationship Team at Dotdash Meredith is seeking an experienced Audience Relationship Strategist to drive growth and engagement for our Transactional (TRX) business across our portfolio of world-class brands. This role will contribute to the full funnel experience, from subscriber acquisition to maximizing engagement and commerce revenue. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategies to grow shopping newsletter lists and revenue through promotions and partnerships * Collaborate with design and technical resources to optimize email templates, modules, and onsite marketing placements * Contribute to Tentpole events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday by developing strategies and marketing plans * Establish and present regular reporting to commerce and vertical stakeholders, focusing on performance, trends, and upcoming initiatives * Research and provide insights on new growth initiatives, including product recommendations, SMS programs, and loyalty programs Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * Minimum 3+ years related professional experience * Email marketing, marketing, media, and/or ecommerce experience * Experience with analytics and decision-making Preferred Skills: * Knowledge of onsite targeting/segmentation and online campaign optimization * Strong editorial skills and keen sense of what content works well online * Excellent project management and organizational skills * Ability to effectively partner with GMs, Editorial Directors, Content Operations, Product Leads, and Senior Business Leadership About Dotdash Meredith: Dotdash Meredith is an equal opportunity employer and provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
