Job Overview:

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Business Development Leader to join our team at adm Promotions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through new business development and account management.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business decisions.

A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication and project management skills, and a deep understanding of the promotional products industry. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan matching, and generous paid time off.
