Job Title: Field Sales Manager
Company: Breakthru Beverage Group
Position Overview
The Field Sales Manager is responsible for guiding a team of sales professionals to reach their sales objectives while fostering strong customer connections through strategic planning, organization, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales professionals to achieve their performance targets
- Formulate performance improvement strategies for team members
- Collaborate with team members to devise sales tactics
- Build and maintain customer relationships while addressing any concerns
- Facilitate supplier interactions
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 5 years in sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a Solicitor's Permit
- Familiarity with Wine, Spirits, and Beer products
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, converse, listen, and utilize hands and fingers for computer and telephone tasks
Competencies
- May supervise junior team members
- Ability to resolve diverse and non-standard issues
