Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Position Overview

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for guiding a team of sales professionals to reach their sales objectives while fostering strong customer connections through strategic planning, organization, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor sales professionals to achieve their performance targets
  • Formulate performance improvement strategies for team members
  • Collaborate with team members to devise sales tactics
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while addressing any concerns
  • Facilitate supplier interactions
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of a Solicitor's Permit
  • Familiarity with Wine, Spirits, and Beer products

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, converse, listen, and utilize hands and fingers for computer and telephone tasks

Competencies

  • May supervise junior team members
  • Ability to resolve diverse and non-standard issues
