Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you will oversee the daily management of designated portfolios, focusing on nurturing both new and existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and welcoming clients.
  • Effectively communicating with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
  • Assisting clients with all transactional requirements between accounts, including account transfers and wire requests.
  • Collaborating with various business lines to address customer banking needs, such as account openings and maintenance.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling services.
  • Supporting the preparation, maintenance, and servicing of loans, which includes obtaining necessary documentation from external service providers.
  • Understanding the bank's loan policies and departmental procedures.
  • Creating customer profiles in lending software and aiding in the preparation of approval documents.
  • Determining the appropriate approval authorities for all loan requests.
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and ready for closing.
  • Closing loans in the absence of the lender.
  • Funding loans in accordance with the documentation provided.
  • Submitting closed loans for timely processing.
  • Managing exception reports by notifying clients, vendors, or lenders of required documentation.
  • Providing collected financial statements to Credit Analysts for processing.
  • Offering administrative support to the department as needed.
  • Assisting in organizing departmental events as required.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Preferred College Degree.
  • A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a related field or professional work experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of basic lending principles and loan documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  • Demonstrated active listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain customer satisfaction while fostering positive client relationships.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
