Job Summary

The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support for our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for academic programs, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and expense tracking reports.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of academic-related events, including commencement, student honor society, and guest speaker engagements.
  • Manage and maintain projects, including faculty credentials and documentation, course assignments, and student status rosters.
  • Serve as a campus contact for faculty, staff, students, alumni, visitors, and outside agents to relay University information, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Assistant Program Directors to compile contributing faculty assignments and maintain the schedule of course coordinators and faculty.
Requirements
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or vocational training in office skills highly preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
Working Conditions

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for six to eight hours daily and includes physical demands associated with a traditional office setting.

Travel

Position may be required to travel to other campuses to support academic events.
