As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to residents, families, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing information to residents and guests.
- Concierge Services: Assist with scheduling appointments, making reservations, and providing transportation for residents.
- Security and Safety: Monitor emergency calls, doors, and fire alarms, and respond accordingly.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling job applicant interviews, track resident and guest movements, and maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior customer service experience, front desk, and telephone experience required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail.
- Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's License required.
