- Assist with new member onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience.
- Participate in club initiatives and projects, contributing to the overall success of the club.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
