Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support the Operations Manager in maintaining efficient front desk operations
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to resolve guest issues and concerns
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of hotel initiatives and programs
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
