Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will stay informed about industry trends and contribute valuable insights for new marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the marketing department.
  • Manage the Online Reputation Management system for practice locations and physician profiles across various platforms.
  • Document and escalate negative feedback to management and quality assurance to ensure timely communication with patients.
  • Handle social media interactions, particularly on the organization's Facebook page.
  • Evaluate employee engagement and physician satisfaction in relation to patient experiences.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement strategies for enhancing physician involvement in patient experience initiatives.
  • Design coaching plans for staff and physicians aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison for outreach programs with local sports and community events.
  • Manage all marketing activities, including events and promotional materials.
  • Maintain an inventory of marketing collateral across clinic locations.
  • Coordinate print media and radio outreach, including physician participation.
  • Lead the design and content creation for internal newsletters.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the reputation management database.
  • Monitor and report on monthly Google Star ratings by clinic.
  • Support initiatives for staff recognition.
  • Promote physicians and services through public relations efforts.
  • Develop relationships with referring physicians to enhance referral networks.
  • Analyze referral trends and competitive positioning to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Manage key partnerships with hospital representatives.
  • Facilitate communication between clinical and operational teams to support marketing efforts.
  • Deliver professional presentations for various marketing events.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to cultivate customer relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
