Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the marketing division.
  • Administer the Online Reputation Management system for various practice locations and healthcare provider listings across platforms.
  • Document and relay negative feedback to management and quality assurance to ensure effective communication with patients.
  • Manage social media interactions and respond to inquiries on relevant platforms.
  • Evaluate employee engagement and physician satisfaction concerning patient experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing physician involvement in patient experience improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement coaching strategies for staff and physicians, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and patient care.
  • Act as a liaison for outreach programs, engaging with local sports and community events while managing all related marketing activities.
  • Maintain an inventory of marketing materials and ensure availability across all clinic locations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for outreach in print and broadcast media, coordinating physician participation.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of internal newsletters, ensuring all relevant information is included.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the reputation management database.
  • Monitor and report on monthly Google Star ratings for each clinic.
  • Support initiatives aimed at recognizing staff contributions.
  • Promote healthcare providers and services through various public relations efforts.
  • Visit referring physician offices to share company information and promotional materials, fostering referral relationships.
  • Analyze referral trends and competitive dynamics to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Manage key partnerships with hospital representatives.
  • Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and support for marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Deliver professional presentations for various events, including seminars and group meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to cultivate customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
