Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily project management within the marketing division.
Administer the Online Reputation Management platform for various practice locations and physician profiles across multiple review sites.

Document and delegate negative feedback from surveys to management and quality assurance to ensure patient communication.

Manage social media interactions and respond to comments appropriately.
Evaluate employee engagement and physician satisfaction in relation to patient experiences.
Collaborate with the Director and Chief Medical Officer to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing physician involvement in patient experience improvement efforts.
Formulate strategies and coaching frameworks for both staff and physicians.

Provide individual and team coaching for leadership and staff aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and enhancing the patient journey.

Outreach Program - Act as the liaison between Florida Orthopaedic Institute and various community entities, including high school sports and local events.

Oversee all marketing functions, including events and promotional materials.
Maintain an inventory list of marketing collateral, ensuring adequate supplies in all clinic areas.
Serve as the primary contact for outreach in print and radio media, coordinating physician participation.
Design and manage internal newsletters, including layout and content collection.
Act as the expert for the reputation management platform database.
Monitor and report on monthly Google Star ratings by clinic location.
Support initiatives for staff recognition programs.
Promote physicians and services through public relations efforts.
Visit referring physician offices to share company information and promotional materials to cultivate effective referral networks.

Analyze referral trends and the competitive landscape to develop and implement a strategic canvassing approach using an established database of targeted physicians.

Hospital Relationships - Manage key partnerships and relationships with hospital representatives.
Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure effective communication and support for marketing and outreach initiatives.
Deliver professional presentations for in-services, videos, seminars, open houses, tours, and group meetings.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

About You:
A Bachelor's degree with a focus on Healthcare, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in fostering customer relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
