Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in human resources, with three or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external constituents.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and desktop publishing software.
