- Collaborate with department heads to create job descriptions and performance evaluation methods, ensuring a solid foundation for hiring qualified staff and clarifying job expectations.
- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Analyze wage and salary reports to determine competitive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
- Develop and maintain a strong orientation and development program for staff, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
- Provide guidance on personnel policy issues, employee relations, and compliance with federal and state laws, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the HR Team, providing leadership and direct supervision to ensure employee input and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Five or more years of experience in human resources, with three or more years of supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external constituents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and desktop publishing software.
