Licensed Clinical Counselor for Community-Based Initiatives

We are seeking a licensed clinical counselor to join our team at YWCA Clark County. The ideal candidate will have experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and be committed to providing trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Develop and maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field and licensure as a clinical counselor or therapist.
- At least 3 years' experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and anti-racism principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
