Job Overview

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is committed to providing quality health services to diverse communities. Our Behavioral Health Program at the Fourth Plain location in Vancouver, Washington, is seeking a full-time therapist.

We are a growing team with wide-ranging experience and educational backgrounds. We work closely with medical providers to establish a whole 'health home' for our clients.

As a Mental Health Therapist II, III or Licensed, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based models of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Deliver evidence-based models of care to promote positive behavioral changes

Requirements:

  • Masters degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work
  • Licensed or associate's license as a Mental Health Professional
  • Experience with mental health evaluation/assessment and evidence-based models of treatment
