Peer Advocate Coordinator

We are recruiting for a full-time Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) position in our Behavioral Health Program. The successful candidate will provide case management services to assigned consumers, assisting them in obtaining and maintaining housing, income, employment, medical, and mental health treatment. You will also collaborate with our clinical staff to educate them about the recovery process and reduce stigma.
This role requires a deep understanding of community resources and the ability to connect consumers with necessary services. You will work closely with our team to develop outcome-based treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and facilitate access to entitlements and benefits.
