Behavioral Health Therapist Role for Community Support Team

- Conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans for clients
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Assisting with policy and procedure development and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and hold an active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License or mental health Associate License. Up to three years' experience in the field is required, with four or more years preferred. Minority mental health therapists are encouraged to apply.
