Job Description

Xplor is a leading provider of cloud-based technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. We help businesses manage their operations and grow their revenue through our intuitive software solutions and secure payment processing platform.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly revenue quotas
  • Run web-based product demonstrations to potential customers via screen share
  • Partner with potential customers to understand their business challenges and present how Xplor's solutions can address those needs
  • Forecast revenue in weekly pipeline reviews
  • Follow and document Sales Processes
  • Use Salesforce per outlined processes for all activity and interactions
  • Become an expert on Xplor's products and the field services industry
  • Supplement existing pipeline with additional self-generating efforts

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an Account Executive role with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Experience selling software via web/phone
  • Ability to provide tangible examples of learning new products quickly
  • Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Willingness to support teammates: both within the Sales team and other departments
  • Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources (Sales Development, Sales Engineers, Sales Management, etc.) to close deals
  • High level of empathy for potential customers, current customers, and coworkers
  • An honest and genuine approach to helping potential customers
  • Ability to articulate product value proposition with any level of detail or brevity
  • A tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performer
  • A willingness to perform Outbound in addition to Inbound Sales
  • Willingness to be coached (weekly Team Trainings)
