Position Overview:
This remote opportunity seeks a Client Partner focused on developing and managing relationships with clients in the Insurance sector across the North East and Midwest regions.

Key Responsibilities:
The Client Partner will play a crucial role in establishing, nurturing, and leading a high-performing sales operation aimed at securing new business, while also maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. This role encompasses all aspects of the sales cycle, including:
- Pipeline development
- Lead qualification
- Client meetings
- Proposal crafting
- Negotiations
- Closing deals

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the challenges associated with digital transformation and will be equipped to guide clients in mitigating risks through innovative, tailored solutions. This position requires a balanced approach of both client development and acquisition within the Insurance industry.

What You Will Achieve:
- Leverage insights to inform Randstad Digital's strategic direction within industry verticals.
- Manage key client interactions, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic goals.
- Identify global partnership opportunities and analyze market trends to drive new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand and product visibility.
- Meet and exceed targets related to pipeline development, revenue growth, partnerships, and customer engagement.
- Implement channel strategies to maximize customer value and minimize risks.
- Drive profitability and growth through effective engagement strategies.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a client-facing role within a consulting environment or account management in IT professional services.
- Proven experience managing client P&L exceeding $10M, including comprehensive reporting and performance assessments.
- Strong preference for candidates with a background in the Insurance sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing diverse portfolios and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders effectively.
