About the Role

Randstad, a global leader in talent solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Client Partner to join our team. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for structuring, developing, and leading a high-performing sales operation to secure new business, maintain and expand current customer expenditure, and drive superior customer experience and revenue growth within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Insurance industry.
  • Client Meetings: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals that meet client needs.
  • Negotiations: Effectively negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Closing: Ensure successful closure of deals and delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Insurance industry and its trends.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
