Join our dynamic team as a Strategic Client Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and acquiring clients within the Insurance sector across the North East and Midwest regions. This position is open to candidates located in EST or CT time zones, and requires a background in Sales or Consulting within the technology industry, specifically targeting Insurance accounts.

At Randstad USA, a leader in talent solutions, we are seeking a Strategic Client Executive to spearhead our Randstad Digital specialty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring, developing, and managing a high-performing sales operation aimed at securing new business, enhancing current customer engagement, and driving revenue growth within designated accounts. You will oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including pipeline development, lead qualification, client meetings, proposal crafting, negotiations, and closing deals. The right individual will possess a deep understanding of the challenges associated with digital transformation and will be equipped to guide clients in mitigating risks through innovative, tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage insights to inform Randstad Digital's strategic direction within industry verticals.
  • Foster customer relationships, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic goals.
  • Manage essential client relationships, identify global partnership opportunities, and analyze market trends to drive new business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise strategies that enhance brand and product visibility.
  • Meet targets related to pipeline development, customer acquisition, revenue growth, partnerships, brand awareness, lead generation, content creation, and customer engagement.
  • Implement Randstad Digital's channel strategy to maximize customer value and minimize risks.
  • Streamline sales processes for assigned account management teams to achieve specific objectives.
  • Ensure profitability and growth within business segments through temporary and solution-based engagements.
  • Articulate the value proposition and unique market differentiators of Randstad Digital Solutions.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and ownership within the Randstad Digital team.
  • Position Randstad Digital as a strategic IT partner by exploring new partnership avenues.
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders to accelerate organizational growth.
  • Work alongside marketing, finance, and delivery teams to align industry sales agendas and pipelines.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitive challenges, and opportunities to enhance global offerings.
  • Support the execution of long-term strategic objectives for business expansion and diversification.
Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in a client-facing role within a consulting firm or in account/engagement management in the IT professional services sector.
  • Proven experience managing client P&L exceeding $10M, including reporting and metric evaluations.
  • Prior experience in the Insurance sector is highly desirable.
  • A strong track record of managing diverse portfolios effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute initiatives confidently.
  • Proficient in navigating large organizations and influencing stakeholders through compelling communication.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in technology, services, and business trends, with an awareness of potential disruptors.
  • Digital fluency regarding innovations, trends, and technologies in the digital landscape.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of revenue and profitability drivers.
  • High emotional intelligence and adeptness in managing complex interpersonal dynamics.
  • A bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools including mail, calendar, and shared drives.
