Senior Director of Corporate Communications

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead our corporate communications efforts, transforming our storytelling into impactful narratives that drive business results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic communications, media relations, and executive thought leadership, with a strong ability to develop and execute cohesive communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Corporate Communications Strategy: Develop and execute holistic, integrated communications campaigns that turn corporate activities into compelling stories, increasing awareness among press, investors, customers, and employees.
- Executive Thought Leadership: Develop a cohesive thought leadership strategy for the Freshworks C-suite, applying our corporate narrative to tech's biggest trends and customer opportunities.
- Issues Management: Lead the development of a proactive and reactive crisis and issues communications strategy, identifying and handling opportunities or situations that impact corporate reputation.
- Team Leadership and Development: Energize and inspire a team of PR and executive gurus to collaborate on integrated corporate communications programs, positioning Freshworks as a leader in three large markets.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Finance, Legal, Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, and Strategy teams to ensure consistent storytelling and strategic alignment.
- A proven track record in formulating messaging and writing exceptional content for c-level executives, differentiating companies in a crowded enterprise software market.
- A clear understanding of the B2B go-to-market motion and quarterly earnings process, consistently achieving shared goals between Comms, IR, and Legal.
- An adaptable and proactive mindset, landing top-tier business press and keynotes through an ability to reformulate the value of enterprise software in a compelling way.
- A leader of PR and corporate communications teams, delivering results under high pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A competitive salary range of $237,160-$340,917, based on location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
