We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team in Abena North America, Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and analytical, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.

The Customer Service Liaison will be responsible for leading effective sales order management, serving as the single point of contact for customers, and ensuring consistent, positive customer experiences. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, following up on orders, promoting supplementary products, and answering inbound telephone calls.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2 or more years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to follow written policies and procedures. You should also possess deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills, as well as MS Office knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, depending on experience, along with full benefits, paid vacation, and other perks.
