Job Overview

About the Role

This Contact Center Associate position involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, resolving their concerns, and providing product information on customer orders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
