We leverage a vast trusted supplier network, coupled with our in-house embroidery and tailoring services, to deliver exceptional quality products to our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative at Ace Uniforms LLC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers, vendors, and staff while building lifelong relationships.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to type at a reasonable speed (40-50 words per minute). They should also be comfortable multitasking and working with multiple computer programs at once.

You will primarily be responsible for guiding customers through the buying experience by processing work orders, purchase orders, and web orders using our internal systems and vendor web portals.

  • Provide high-quality service that makes the customer go WOW
  • Ensure that customer orders are completed and delivered on time
  • Work with vendors to place orders on behalf of customers
  • Provide excellent communication to customers on the status of their orders - email, phone, and face-to-face
  • Provide product recommendations to customers to help meet their overall needs
  • Work with internal teams to pick, pack, ship, and bill customers on time
  • Update leadership teams on the status of customers
  • Work with experienced sales representatives to assist them in gaining new accounts
  • Enter order data into Ace's and vendor's order systems
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess a natural curiosity to learn new processes, systems, and products. Self-organization is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should have a customer-first attitude, basic computer skills, and be proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
