Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Air Pros. This role will involve providing excellent customer service, ensuring seamless communication between clients and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and technicians.
  • Document interactions with clients and technicians within our CRM.
  • Support company bookkeeping and job costing procedures.
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
