Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to serve as a liaison between our clients and our operations team. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for answering inquiries on assigned accounts via email, phone, and in-person interactions. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse clients will make you an asset to our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve account-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status updates.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $19.00 - $24.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
