- Collect, consolidate, and communicate product feedback and product development needs to management
- Interact with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and tactics to drive revenue and profit growth
- Track and monitor sales trends and provide product forecasts
- Create, execute, and measure the effectiveness of Go-To-Market Plans for strategic launches
- Identify customers willing to provide testimonials, case studies, and references and amplify their voice in the market
- Measure and refine product marketing programs to ensure alignment with corporate goals
- Develop relevant content for all Go-To-Market channels and materials
- Design training programs to assist sales teams in each step of the selling process
- Provide marketing and solution information to regional marketing and sales teams to support internal and external marketing programs, sales operations, marketing events, and channel opportunities
- Increase visibility on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Google+
- Stay current with industry practices on marketing communications impacting communications tactics
- Act as a Product Line brand champion and ensure brand compliance
- Support organizational policies related to safety, environmental protection, housekeeping, etc. within the area of responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Project management and planning skills
- Ability to interface well with all levels of the organization and customer base
- Management and technical experience

- Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) or similar software
- Experience with electronic marketing technologies (keyword advertising, CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, webinars, etc.)
- Experience in contributing to professional social media platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
The employee will work in a primarily office setting with occasional visits to the factory floor. The office is clean, orderly, properly lit, and ventilated. The office noise levels are considered low to moderate, and the factory noise levels are considered moderate. If required, PPE will be provided. May require travel up to 25%.
Education and/or Experience- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 1-3 years' experience in all aspects of marketing development and strategies
- 1-3 years' supervisory experience
