About the Job

As a Product Marketing Manager at Icreatives, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to maximize sales of assigned product lines. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, product performance, and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams
  • Ensure project/department goals are met while adhering to approved budgets
  • Conduct and analyze market research to capitalize on new product and market development opportunities
  • Collect, consolidate, and communicate product feedback and product development needs to management
  • Interact with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and tactics to drive revenue and profit growth
  • Track and monitor sales trends and provide product forecasts
  • Create, execute, and measure the effectiveness of Go-To-Market Plans for strategic launches
  • Identify customers willing to provide testimonials, case studies, and references and amplify their voice in the market
  • Measure and refine product marketing programs to ensure alignment with corporate goals
  • Develop relevant content for all Go-To-Market channels and materials
  • Design training programs to assist sales teams in each step of the selling process
  • Provide marketing and solution information to regional marketing and sales teams to support internal and external marketing programs, sales operations, marketing events, and channel opportunities and activities
  • Increase visibility on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Google+
  • Stay current with industry practices on marketing communications impacting communications tactics
  • Act as a Product Line brand champion and ensure the use of the brand is compliant
  • Support organizational policies related to safety, environmental protection, housekeeping, etc. within the area of responsibility
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Project management and planning skills
  • Ability to interface well with all levels of the organization and customer base
  • Management and technical experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Creative, analytical, and driven
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) or similar software
  • Experience with electronic marketing technologies (keyword advertising, CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, webinars, etc.)
  • Experience in contributing to professional social media platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Work Environment

The employee will encounter a work environment with the following characteristics while performing the essential job functions:

  • Primarily an office setting, with occasional visits to the factory floor
  • Office is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated
  • Office noise levels are considered low to moderate
  • Factory noise levels are considered moderate
  • If required, PPE will be provided
  • May require travel up to 25%
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in all aspects of marketing development and strategies
  • 1-3 years' supervisory experience
