Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Manager Dealer to join our team at Andersen Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to drive incremental sales and increase customer share of wallet.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive profitable growth and expand customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer-derived opportunities and provide exceptional support.
- Present unique value propositions and insights to customers, highlighting the strengths of Andersen's solutions.
- Engage critical stakeholders in targeted deals and foster strong relationships with trade customers, channel partners, and peers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 5 years of relevant selling experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships and understand customer needs.
- Evidence of analytical and fact-based planning skills, with proficiency in CRM and sales process methodologies.
- Able to present solutions to multiple stakeholders using various delivery methods.
- Collaborative mindset with experience in team-selling environments.
